Residential Mold Analysis

Our experience allows us to evaluate Homes, Apartments, and Condominiums, after just one visit. We use results from previously tested air, and guidelines put forth by the American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists (ACGIH) to evaluate newly sampled air.

The ACGIH has indicated that 10,000 microbial contaminants, per cubic meter of air, are not to be tolerated. If mold makes up half of the organisms in the air, this number would be 5,000 for mold alone. We have seen that mold counts above 1,000 tend to be a good indication of impending problems. Outside air usually has counts between 200 and 800.

In the Cities of Long Beach or Signal Hill, we perform residential IAQ analysis for a flat rate of $275.00. This rate is dependant on advanced scheduling.

Our residential mold analysis includes:

Sampling of Air (Long Beach or Signal Hill)
Enumeration of viable molds present
Identification of any Stachybotrys present
Written report summary
